ayyyyo I'm Cat and I'm bringing in this dickhead from Supernatural, the Show Everyone Is Sick Of™
Dean is a hunter of all things supernatural and weird (ghosts, demons, wendigos, banshees, etc) and is coming in nice and fresh from the beginning of Season 5, episode 1 - Sympathy for the Devil. He's reckless, sassy, uber pissed at his brother, and not a fan of demons (sup Crowley). Despite being a cranky bastard, he's actually pretty friendly until he's given a reason not to be, so by all means, approach! He's also incredibly popculture savvy, so if we thread I'll probably ask you if he can 4th wall your character cause, you know. He's consumed a lot of media (up to 2010, when he's from).
As for me, I'm on Eastern time, live in NC, like to travel and write dumb shit on the internet. My plurk is pincurls and I talk a lot about Dean and Supernatural and pacific rim, as well as about my dog and cat. I go to bed at 9-10pm because I'm practically an elderly person at this point, and bc I wake up at like 6am for work. Excited to be here :)

Oh hi! Dean may have seen Spartacus Blood and Sand which came out in 2010 where Kore's master Marcus Crassius was mentioned by name several times (and his beloved cousin is seen). Kore herself doesn't come in until three years later.
Meanwhile Dean himself is from my favorite season. Woo!

On screen sex violence and nudity? It's up his alley. Marcus Crassius 'shits gold' to the most common mention of him in that season. And 'richest man in Rome'. His cousin is missing (really murdered) and he's offering an obscene reward for her or her murderers.
It really is the best season. And there are a few good episodes after that but SERIOUSLY it was a long downhill fall.
