Hi, it's Meghan! I'm bringing you a third character to the game now. This is Max Maximum, my soft adorable original character. He's sweet, and affectionate, and deeply, deeply traumatized.

The tl;dr about him is that he wanted to be a pastry chef when he grew up but thanks to some very unfortunate business with a vampire and a blow torch he has now been forced to become a vampire's human servant. His full backstory is easy to find on his journal but please do heed the content warnings.

I have a permissions post here with the comments screened so please hit that up at any time if you need to opt out of any triggering subjects or want to opt out of interactions with Max.

I plan to carry over any interactions from the TDM into canon unless stated otherwise. I'll probably re-use the same prompts to intro him officially just for my own ease of jumping in! I'm very excited to throw this big lovable himbo at people.

Hey all! It's Batya with a new character: Nepeta Leijon, the third Homestuck troll to show up in this game.

Nepeta was raised in the wild by a giant cat; she is sweet, playful, affectionate, and a genuinely fearsome hunter. She's also, at the canon point from which she arrives, probably dead. Owing to her upbringing on Alternia, she's never spent any time around either adults or humans before arriving on this ship.

I'm gonna follow Merlin's example and say that if you really, really don't want to interact with Homestuck characters, feel free to leave a comment here to that effect and I won't tag your characters, no harm no foul. (Also feel free to change your mind on that at any time, in either direction.)

ETA: One more thing ... Nepeta's dialogue, and sometimes her narration, is going to be (sorry) littered with cat puns. I understand completely if that's going to be too annoying and will accept DNI requests on those grounds as well.
