+1 killer robot

Hello, I only properly introduced myself on the Discord but I've been popping up here and there! I'm Cameo, and this is Bastion from Overwatch, Maximilien's canonmate. They're from right between OW1 and OW2, roughly March 2077, around 6 months ahead of Max. They're a combat-model omnic originally built to overthrow humanity, and escaped the order to destroy all such robots after the humans won the war by malfunctioning and appearing to already be dead until a bird (not included with purchase) woke them up several years later. They're large and socially awkward and anxious and heavily armed and miss nature very much and don't actually want to Kill All Humans. In their world people tend to treat them like unexploded ordnance rather than even a second-class citizen like other omnics (they got semi-voluntarily recruited into Overwatch the organization as an alternative to probable death at the hands of a mob of frightened townspeople), so between that and having a low-end vocal processor being able to mingle more-or-less freely on the ship the way they never could at home is new and interesting. They're in room 144 with Kore.

They struggle with quite a bit of trauma and with their leftover combat programming, which after years on the battlefield in their early life is prone to reactivating at false alarms. At home they could count on their bird friend to snap them out of it, so not having him around has them extra rattled. Which is an excellent state of mind for someone with a gun for a hand who can turn into a turret gun or a miniature tank when threatened. So, content warnings for combat PTSD, mind control (in their backstory) and, y'know, guns and shooting and stuff.
