Ossie seems to talk as if he's better friends with whoever he's talking about than he actually is. Nothing egregious, just... friendlier than he maybe should be. Implying he knows them better than he perhaps actually does.

pray april does not catch him doing this about them.




April however is just some encouragement away from doing the exact same thing though, so they both could probably have entire conversations about other characters like this and that's fair and fine!
