There is a scattering of photos of Phil's violent murder, including Maeve stabbing him lots, chasing him down and slicing up his back, hacking/tearing off half of his wing, her approaching him with a bloody sword in one hand and his amputated wing in the other, and her impaling him into the deck.

Also, a BUNCH of photos of that piano getting him like Randy Johnson got that bird. You could make an animated flipbook out of these.
