Grace puts a great deal of thought into her answer. Admittedly much of it is trying to translate that barrage of words into English in her head, but that's hardly the gentleman's fault; he's clearly a user of words, like the poet or the Novelist, while Grace is just a country girl. Still, she wracks her memory before finally, with some hesitation (the bubbles of her words come slowly, popping one at a time), answering: ~I do not know the year, but if it is helpful to your curiosity I the gentleman Jack said that he was employed in the field of - what was the word - 'evisceration', in the borough called Whitechapel, in London. Could he have been a colleague of yours, or a peer?~
