What I wrote down on her app still holds true - she regrets accepting the invitation to the manor for the "conference", as it led to the whole horrible cycle of death and violence she had to go through. A lot would have been avoided if she had chosen to go literally anywhere else.

But another regret that's just barely beat out by what I said before is that she didn't stand up and assert herself in her life earlier - she let other people dictate a decent portion of what she did, and she hated it, but Helena couldn't be honest with herself and so quietly suffered for it.
