Offered CR/Character Personality: Mizuki is an enthusiastic ray of sunshine most of the time, with some fairly concerning comments from time to time (don't worry about this). He's optimistic, and tends to try to be happy even if the situation doesn't call for it. Lately, he's been in kiiind of a slump due to his close CR fucking exploding themselves, but that aside, he's quite pleased with how things are going right now in terms of the info share and what not! Mizuki's been getting better about making his own decisions lately, too, but he can easily slide back into blindly following orders if someone heroic/dependable is the one issuing them. I do recommend taking a look at my Permissions before interacting, if just because Mizuki does come pre-packaged with some triggering content.

Offered CR/Character Personality: Cassandra is (tries to be) poised, polite and friendly, as befits a lady of her status; she's also assertive and self-possessed by nature, and can be self-controlled to the point of secretive. She's an aristocrat born and raised, and while she's not snobbish about it, it still definitely colors her worldview. She's also a survivor of trauma and captivity, and that affects things as well. And finally, she's from a medieval-ish fantasy world, and a lot here is new to her.

Wanted CR: I would love for Cassandra to find some people close to her own age (late teens to early twenties) to be friends with, and also some older adults that she can trust, without having to constantly remember she's in charge; she's been lacking that at home. I'm also entirely open to clashes and conflicts. (Anybody out there really hate the entire concept of aristocracy?)

What to Expect: I plurk often about Elsword. Like the most rambly, unhinged rants about Elsword. I am also in several other games (Ryslig, Amuze, and modding an upcoming game) so I will regularly plurk about those. And real life things pertaining to my job or just a thought I have in my head.

Characters Played: "Master Ebalon"/Dantalion | Elsword | Cabin 101
Offered CR/Character Personality: I cannot explain this character succinctly so here we go:

Dantalion/Ebalon is the doppelganger of Harque Ebalon, a guy he murdered and stole the last name of for Elswordonline Plot Reasons. If you want to know the plot reasons I'll give you a longer summary sooomewhere else. Technically he's a cult leader (he hasn't done much with that here), he stole an entire building in canon and temporally displaced it to another realm (I'm completely serious about this), and he has a full range of moon magic which is essentially a mix of being a shield-healer and a DPS for video game-minded folks here, but also he can shapeshift, and also he's a mind mage. Also he's thousands of years old. You cannot make up the power level on this man it's insane.

Also, he does science. So that's cool.

So, in short: his real identity is Dantalion, but only a few people know his real name (and only Mizuki is allowed to call him it), otherwise he goes by Ebalon and that's generally what I'll refer to him by. Do not get him confused with Harque Ebalon and Noah Ebalon, two people he has relation to only through murdering Harque and torturing Noah.

Anyway, all of that is unknown to literally anyone and he's never going to say it, but there's some character insight. Basically: He's sadistic, a liar, and has dug himself a lot of holes in this game that he's trying to lie his way out of except he's making it worse. He cares about maybe three people here and you will know if he cares about you because He Will Say It. He currently has a romantic relationship with Mizuki and that makes him fiercely protective over him. He's willing to murder for this, but Mizuki told him not to do that, so he's not doing it. But he's thinking about it.

This month, he's sort of exploded and then threw a tantrum and blew up the sports deck so that's where he's at. Usually he pretends to be calmer/down to earth and can have somewhat of a silver tongue to get people on his side.

Wanted CR: I will take any CR that is willing to put up with Ebalon. He has several rivals/people who he doesn't like, a lot of people don't like him, and then he has His People who he's selected and wants to protect and also steal back to Elrios and put them in his cult.

He is not a nice man. He will pretend to be a nice man, though. Sometimes.

Pollux is a divine spirit from Proper Human History that's been summoned to Chaldea with her brother, Castor, as the class Saber. They're actually a dual unit, but her class is the more dominant side. As a Servant, she's more durable than a human which stacks on her godhood, everything else can be learned here. She's been around for maybe 15,000 years.

• She's a sweet girl, very empathetic of humans as she tends to love them a lot, like her whole thing is wanting to protect humans (as for other species... wlel...) with her brother. Between her and Castor, I want to say she's sane, but no... she can say some questionable things with a straight face as if a person should know this as fact. She said she'd kill her brother without hesitation, like she would do that, and she would.
• On the Goddess side of things, with her brother, she makes up the constellation of Gemini, so yes, you've guessed it right she's a literal star and is made up of light; that's their attribute. She's a patron of sailors, and so she feels as though she needs to protect everyone on this boat because it's part of what she does.
• She'll hear people out that needs help or guidance, like you need someone to confide in? Pollux is your girl. You need touchy love and affection? Yes, she gives this free of charge. The icing on top is that she means her feelings because she's very... love coded, even Zeus realized that so she got a stamp of approval from the big guy on this.
• You get Castor as a bonus, and here's a permission page!
• Her Master is Natsuno Yuuki, let's clap.

Wanted CR:

• Anyone that can handle Castor, she knows her brother is an asshole, that he's a little shitheel people want to step on— but someone who can take his actions in stride and not be too offended by it. Pollux is very fond of people who can handle Castor with ease, and even if they have to bicker back with him, at least they're getting along! This is a very big thing for Pollux because Castor is her important person that she wants to see prosper, so she wants him to have friends too... it's so hard to get him friends, so that's her goal! So please, she's begging.
• Pollux is fond of the library, and so she enjoys reading books about humans, and hearing stories in general. Having someone talk about their humans back home would be a little treat for her, so where are the book nerds, and she'll even offer her Ancient Greece lore. If you're interested in that sort of mythology, this girl is here for you.
• Do you want to learn how to box? Be able to use the sword? Wrestle? She can help you with all these things as this is also her thing, as for learning how to use the discus, you'd have to go to her brother. She's willing to teach, she's already teaching Fio how to be a boxer... girl is going to grow up into the toughest boxer here, Pollux will make sure of it.
• She likes to hold hands. Aside from that, please she needs more friends, she likes to be around people and have strong bonds. Bonus: anyone that will talk to her about Natsuno, yes, she has to be the embarrassing Servant and learn about him through other people's lenses that care for him.
• Who knows how to modify an ez bake oven into a full blown stove, please mechanics, she'll have her brother pay you for your services.
• Her known CR: Castor. Shi Qingxuan who is like her bestie!!! So you can see her sneaking in and out of his room because she goes to visit him often. Izzy really looks like her bodyguard, but that's also someone she's usually around. She is trying her best to befriend Rita who promptly reject her, but she will let you know Rita has soft hands, and she's cute when embarrassed. She loves kids, so Fio has a special place in her heart. For Hiyori, she's helping him obtain a leadership role since he has those qualities about him, but never got the chance to cash in on that. Her Master, Natsuno, is her Master, but aside from that she's still willing to be that wise, cute blond girl that he needs. Revi said this, but I can't remember if cute was in there, so I'm going to add it. There's a bit of tension with Jinx and Venti due to a few things, but I believe in them.

Personality:

Moderately unhinged god with a sister complex. He and Pollux are based on the Dioscuri, but their true origins go all the way back to the Proto-Indo-European Divine Twins. He is this angry because he was (functionally) summoned as an Avenger, which makes everything that's ever hurt him feel like a fresh open wound forever. As the cherry on top, one of his skills is Mad Enhancement, which literally makes you unhinged by definition.

• He is formally assigned to Cabin 139 but, unfortunately, Pollux was assigned to 143 so he spends his time there instead.
• He hates humans. Anybody who's categorically considered a human by his standards is going to be referred to as "Human".
• He is an unbearably obnoxious asshole. Just for reference though, he acts 200% more insane and obnoxious when he's around Pollux than he does when he's alone. He has to protect her... I figure this might take a minute to catch on to IC, but please feel free to let me know OOC if you'd prefer to have him around Pollux or "alone" in any given thread—I'm happy to work with you!
• If you're willing to brave the bad attitude, the most efficient way to get on his good side is actually by being nice to Pollux. If you can ignore him and be nice to her, he starts running out of things to complain about pretty quick. If you make an honest effort with him, it also gets you somewhere—in fact, even just existing in his vicinity will probably be passive points for him to like you more.

Wanted CR:

I'm open to any kind of CR so!! Please hit me up. There are a couple of potential plots that I'd want to build more of a foundation for Castor before I seriously look at them, but as for dynamics and establishing them I'm pretty open (including for negative CR because, I mean, just look at him). That said, I know planning and pitching is always easier when you have context, so a couple things he's been up to lately include:

• He's hoarded all the candy he could find on the ship; you never know when you might need it for Trick-or-Treaters. Has recently made a contract with Natsuno as his Servant. Calls Fio a princess. Thinks Jenny is very cool and wants to help her out, as a fellow god. He's also pretty fond of Izzy and tentatively Hiyori. Probably hangs out with Jason a bunch. Otherwise he's generally just kind of vibing for now.

Offered CR/Character Personality: Erin's been rather openly looking for her place in this new community. She can be prickly and her personal space bubble is rather wide, but she's also been trying to make herself available, sticking her nose into places, trying to be honest when people ask her questions. In many ways she's working on others to avoid working on herself, but she's not hard to catch in a moment of greater vulnerability.

Erin often reacts to things that seemingly aren't there.

Wanted CR:

- A social conflict. In theory Erin's strongest arena, but in practice she's not got her shit together. Someone to be at odds with would be nice both OOC (love me some rivalries) and IC (Erin might embrace such a conflict on purpose in an attempt to demonstrate her values)

- Students. Erin's trying to work on herself by helping others and she's making her expertise available to that end. She's got a lot of thoughts, not all fully formed; thoughts on ethics and atonement, thoughts on fighting, even thoughts on trying to express yourself artistically. Erin's not mom-shaped but she just might be mentor-shaped.

- Peers. Erin's not had a real peer in a long time, and her dim awareness that she's not the heaviest heavy here has made her reluctant to reach out...but she really could use someone in her life that can match her.

- Romance. I'm not gonna lie Erin doesn't have issues here, she has a multi-year subscription paid in advance, but...she'd to cancel that subscription if she can. There's already something like this going on with Crabb but I live in the muck & blood and would delight in complicating her love life.

Characters Played: Vance Hopper | The Black Phone
Offered CR/Character Personality: Vance is a teenage bully (and gamer) who was feared by everyone at his school and liked by pretty much no one. He got murdered and became a ghost. While he was a ghost he helped one person and felt good about it even if he doesn't understand why (who knew that doing good things and helping people was actually rewarding? not him).

He's bad at expressing any emotions other than anger and sarcasm, doesn't know how to cope with his past trauma or with being here, AND although he has realized he wants to be better than he used to be he's also very unsure about how to do that. He's also realizing that he, a regular teenager, can't really go toe-to-toe with trained fighters and magic users and robots and thus can't rebuild his tough guy reputation here. In other words, he has a lot of problems and almost zero answers. Being fifteen sucks.

Wanted CR: Anything really! He's moody and thinks that he doesn't need friends, but he does. If he hasn't met your character yet he'll probably be a bit mean to them at first (and may still fly off the handle if provoked) so if you want to be his enemy or rival that also works.

Fellow teens and young adults are easier for him to trust, but he needs some healthy adult presences in his life too even if he's slow to warm to them. People who would be patient and gentle with him and on the opposite end people who would call him out on his bullshit are both wanted.

He's currently in the process of trying to find something productive to do on the ship. It's partly a genuine desire to be useful for something after a life of being dismissed as one of the "bad kids". It's also partly an attempt to avoid having to focus on himself and his relationships with other people, because accomplishing tasks is cool and fun but dealing with his emotions and being vulnerable and rethinking the way he treats people is scary and very hard. So, anyone who can help with either of those problems is great.

Offered CR/Character Personality: THE timeloop guy, THE man of Groundhog Day. Lived ????? years in a time loop. A former unrepentant asshole, reformed into someone who sees worth in life. Someone who had to learn kindness, had to learn patience and love instead of it coming naturally, and in this sense it makes him kinder and wiser than most--though he doesn't think of himself this way. Knows, in part, what it means to claw and bite and fight your way to optimism. He had lessons hard learned in an environment where struggling and fighting was never going to get him anywhere--you had to be patient and kind, Or Else.

Wanted CR: Commiseration buddies, people who Get It, how much it matters to like. Be Nice. and how HARD it is to be nice.

He's also a great guy to bounce off of if you want a guy who slinging petty insults at and snide remarks will just bounce harmlessly off of him or get thrown back in their face without much jab, because Phil doesn't really care about that stuff that much. He WAS that guy and he's very self-assured, he had a whole self-realization arc already, thanks.

He's also good for a guy who is just... not judgemental and not liable to blow up at people. The basis of everything he learned is patience, with himself and with others, because kindness is hard work. You can insult him to his face without worrying about him getting super pissy and holding a grudge forever and ever or drawing guns, and you can complain about shit without worrying about him drawing guns again on your behalf. He loves pretty much everybody! Unless somebody's, like, a fascist or bigot, Jeff will give them a chance and be super friendly.

He's a bard! Well, more precisely, he's Gifted (in other words: a witch) and can only cast spells through performing music, because it's what speaks most to his spirit and passion and etc etc etc. Usually he accomplishes this through singing, but that's only because it's totally impractical to plug his guitar in and strum out some crazy licks every time somebody needs magic.

Seriously, he loves music. He's a pro-level guitarist (and a decent enough singer) of a locally successful band that had been on the rise until he kind of ruined everything. HE WILL CHEERFULLY NERD OUT ABOUT MUSIC WITH ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.

He loves magic as much as he loves music, and will ALSO CHEERFULLY NERD OUT ABOUT MAGIC WITH ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.

He was, up until his CRAU detour, possessed by a demon! It totally sucked and fucked him up, he doesn't always trust his own senses, and he has huge, messy issues regarding ownership of his body and mind. Sidenote he also carries some guilt over the whole affair, because he blames himself for the demon, essentially, going insane

Jeff's go-to coping mechanism for any amount of stress or difficulty WAS heavy intoxication, but he's actually getting better about that. It helps that none of his favorite drugs are here! Unfortunately, the abundance of free alcohol can throw a huge wrench into things

He's very queer and while he was never in the closet back home, he did generally present as a grungy straight-passing masc for safety reasons. (Because, hey, he grew up in the 80s and 90s and it sucked.) After spending a year in a place where he was safe to express himself however he wanted, he's a lot more fluid in his fashion and presentation (grunge meets glam, sometimes pulls influence from his favorite rocker chicks, Debbie Harry, Courtney Love, Stevie Nicks, etcccc). Which is all to say: he's very cheerfully and unapologetically himself, and sometimes that's a conversation starter, especially with characters from times similar to or earlier than his own.

Also he got a gig as a makeup artist in the other place and thought it was super fun, and likes to keep it up. So he'll offer to do people's makeup and nails for them sometimes.

Despite everything, he also has major self esteem issues, mostly concerning his intelligence (or perceived lack thereof), guilt over the possession (because he does want to hold himself accountable for his own part in it / his behavior, but doesn't know how, so it's just this huge unresolved mental mess), and general neediness (like, okay, so maybe he's insecure and craves attention and wants everyone to love him)

also he keeps a totally irregular schedule and often needs to be reminded to practice basic self care, like eating and sleeping, so basically that means it's very easy for him to cross paths with your character even if they, too, keep a totally weird schedule. Night owls and early rises both can have the pleasure of his company!

Also he's a hippie pacifist who can get super squeamish about violence! Even fake violence. Even... laser tag...

and finally, this is something I'm not sure how to incorporate more, but want to do stuff with: Jeff's a rebellious, anti-authoritarian youth who grew up with and spent a lot of time around activists and artist collectives, underground music scenes, queer scenes, punks, street kids, AND SO ON and he's just spent a year surviving in a very restrictive dystopian police state, so... I want him to get back to his roots and go wild here.

friends with benefits! though he's very much in love with Bash and considers him to be his Person, they're not exclusive, and Jeff's all about free love with other consenting adults.

CR HARD MODE: social enemies, petty rivals, general negative cr. I do genuinely love this stuff! But it's also very difficult to achieve with Jeff, because he's always bringing such golden retriever energy, so I GUESS it feels like kicking a puppy or something

Offered CR/Character Personality: Palamedes Sextus is a boy genius necromancer with a deep moral center that (mostly) balances out his mad scientist tendencies. He's kind, open, and loves teaching people things, though he can be a sassy bitch if you get on his bad side. He has a slew of powers, which include reading an object's history by touching it, observing and manipulating the human body on a cellular level, reanimating dead bodies and skeletons, summoning ghosts (without success IG), and creating force fields and wards to protect himself from natural and supernatural threats.
Wanted CR:
- Science buddies! As I mentioned in the handwave meme, he has a few different running experiments and he'd love to collaborate with others. While his form of science is heavily interwoven with his necromancy, he is equally interested in non-magical science and in other magical systems.

- Jock friends! Pal is a nerdy stick of a human being with a deep fondness for jock types. Protect him! Make fun of him! Try to get him to eat properly and exercise on occasion!

- People who have questions or concerns about the "we can't go home" thing! While Pal trusts Skulduggery, he is not the kind of person who will accept news like this without evidence, so he is basically choosing not to accept it. In desperate need of some false hope? Interested in collaborating on figuring out how to get home? Want to tell him he's being stupid? Gimme all of it!

- Negative CR! Does your character hate the very idea of necromancy? Do they lack empathy? Have they ever been an asshole to one of his friends (particularly Clarke, Jade, Natsuno, Murderbot, Hope, or Undine)? I'd be delighted to send Sassy Bitch Pal their way!
