Handwaved CR Meme

The passengers have been living on this ship for a while now, and it's likely that they've fallen into certain habits and routines. Little things have become part of their day, from lunch dates with friends, to quiet nights in the library, or long-standing blood feuds. Even the newest passengers have likely found themselves some common haunts and familiar faces. This is a meme to talk about, flesh out, and collaborate on some of those behind-the-scenes moments and routines!

1. Post a comment with your character, and give us an idea of what sort of things they get up to around the ship! Be as detailed or as vague as you'd like.
2. Talk about what kind of handwaved CR you can inspire! Is your character the type to stop and chat with friends on the promenade? Are they consistently the highest score on multiple arcade cabinets? IDK, you tell me!
3. When you look at other characters' routines, you might notice some moments that line up! Even if your characters are total strangers, they might see each other at the buffet every day, or maybe they're unwittingly competing for the high score on DDR. And close CR might mean weekly dinners, book clubs, sparring sessions every morning... like I said, this is where you shine!!
4. This is also a good chance to handwave characters exchanging contact information, generating some more inbox threads!

TLDR: write about your character's life on the ship and then compare notes with other people, find CR, ???, profit

6 isn't likely to mince words about his dislike of Max but he's good friends with Ava and she and Max are besties so he can deal with other people not hating Max as long as they don't try to make him play nice. He's remarkably pro robot rights because he's just very pro-rights of sentient beings in general.

The good news is that Johnny has already been working pretty hard on getting 6 to open his mind up, so Jeff has a much better shot of getting him to chill than if they were doing this a few months ago.

Maybe at first they left it unspoken, but after like the third time it happens they start sharing recommendations? Oh god I love this.

YEAH OKAY. For the record, this is me extrapolating from canon because the mechanics of necromancy are not explained much at all. Basically, Pal can replicate, kill, or move around living cells. But because he works cell-by-cell, he has to know exactly the internal structure of anything he's trying to repair or manipulate. He can also "see" thalergy (life energy) and thanergy (death energy) signatures in living things, which he can use diagnostically.

So he probably isn't going to do heart surgery (yet), but he can heal cuts, bruises, and broken bones, and assess illnesses and injuries.

I am definitely here for Crichton sharing his side of why messing with people's heads is an ethical issue. Learning and growing.
